VR-ContactCenter

Customer service is at the centre of any successful business. VR-ContactCenter is an inbound call centre application that builds upon the considerable features already available with Swyx. Auto attendants, call queues and agent groups are all created and amended through a simple configuration wizard allowing simple administration. Management information is displayed on either a supervisors console or wallboards showing numerous call statistics as well as live call queue information. Supervisors can even move a callers position within a queue as easily as drag and drop.
