VR-CallVault
VR-CallVault is a complimentary application for the Swyx Monitor option. CallVault indexes, archives then encrypts the wav files created by Swyx to ensure effcient and secure file management. The simple management interface allows easy search and playback of recordings and includes the option to export files for distribution. The database plugin matches the CLI of a call recording against your CRM or client database to display company and contact information as well as call direction, call duration and both calling and called party numbers.
