To help support and protect your business, your employees and your customers, SwyxMonitor provides both monitoring and system-wide call recording in a single option pack. VoxVault complements this by providing an intuitive interface for the search and retrieval of those call recordings.

VoxVault provides a quick and simple to use interface for the searching and play back of calls recorded by the SwyxMonitor option. VoxVault is split into two key components. The server side element indexes the recordings and archives them in a logical file structure whilst at the same time encrypting them to prevent unauthorised playback. The client side is a desktop application that allows a user to search for calls based on a number of parameters facilitating the quick retrieval of recorded calls.
