New website launch
A new look and image for Vox Rocket. Over the past few months we have spent a lot of time developing both our existing and new products. At the same time, we have also been working hard on creating a new image for Vox Rocket as we felt that it should reflect the effort we put into the look and feel of our applications. New application names
As promotion of Vox Rocket steps up a gear we have updated the names of some of our existing product range. CallVault has now become VoxVault DataScout has now become GoConnect Shuffle is now FreeAgent For now WatchTower will keep its name but as the product range expands this will be continually reviewed.
Support for additional languages
Support for German, Spanish and French languages is added to VoxVault and GoConnect.
New integrations on the way
Integration with Sage CRM, Act! and Mamut CRM enters the development stage with additional applications being requested Responding to feedback from Swyx resellers, plugins for additional CRM's are being added to the road map for DataScout. Additional functionality will also be added over the next few months.
New features and functionality
New features and functionality are added to VR-DataScout V2.0 along with support for additional CRM packages. Microsoft CRM 4.0 is now added to the list of CRM's with which DataScout integrates. As one of the worlds most popular customer relationship applications we recieved a number of requests to add MS CRM to the list of supported applications. In addition to displaying caller information a user can launch their CRM directly at the customer record streamlining customer service.
